Kohl’s - A Tale of Two Store Visits

Neither experience was stellar.

Both visits were done over the holidays, with one being done prior to Black Friday, and one being done on Christmas Eve.

I went to two different locations.

The first location was Lafayette, Colorado.

The second was Westminster, Colorado.

The first store visited (prior to Black Friday), was clean and well lit, and well merchandised, but I couldn’t find a single person on the sales floor, just a handful of folks at the cash wraps.

The second store visit, in Westminster Colorado, had loads of people mulling around and folding clothes, including I would expect lots of seasonal labor, but not a single person asked me if I needed help.
